As an employee who has worked on many different projects, employees really work hard as a team to deliver high quality services. The company has high expectations of itself, its leadership, and its employees. The company appears committed to continue to grow which hopefully will continue to provide opportunities for more responsibility. Overall good culture, fun people, and a great place to work.
Cons
You have to be willing to be open to change, and understand its a necessity to try and remain as a provider of choice for government services support. The company is much different now then when I first started as they have tried to put more structure in place to support the growth. Some employees who I was close to left after more was asked of them in helping support corporate growth.
