      Management cares about the staff

      Pros

      Management genuinely cares about the staff. This isn’t one of those churn and burn companies where employees are treated like numbers to be discarded when they’ve reached their limit. While employees are required to give 110% management will never give you more than you can handle. If I could give this company more stars than five stars I would in a heartbeat!

      Cons

      Technomics moves at a mile per minute. It can be difficult to keep up.

      Pros

      From the day I started I felt like I was a member of the family. The Technomics team took me in, mentored me and helped me to learn and flourish in my role. I’ve learned more here in the past year than I have throughout the entirety of my career up until this point which, admittedly, isn’t all that extensive. That said, Technomics is a great company if you’re looking to build a career and not just a job.

      Cons

      As the company grows the workload increases. While this comes with challenges, this is part of the natural progression of any growing company.
