      Pros

      Good for freshers as you get an idea about corporate life. Not much of a technical work but more of understanding concepts and speed work required. Mechanical , extc, electrical field passouts can apply.

      Cons

      Overtime work which can stress anybody easily. Since it was work from home there was overtime work. No idea about work hours during office.
