Flexible working hours make the office environment less stressful. The working environment is good and the people are helpful and supportive.

Cons

Salaries are not decent based on experience and market value Appraisal is very less. Growth opportunities within the company are limited. The canteen and cleaning services need improvement, as well as the overall cafeteria and food facilities.
