1) Fall promises like ONSITE OPPORTUNITIES by recruiters. 2) If you are on bench you will fired at any moment. 3) Management don't think about your family, they just look you are profitable or not. 4) If Third-party client not sending any work then all blame will be on your head. 5) All your dreams and ambitious will get destroyed.
