Pros

I’ve had the opportunity to work end-to-end on impactful features with a high level of ownership. The work culture encourages learning, problem-solving, and independent thinking. I was able to build complete UI features, contribute to internal tools, and improve code quality significantly. The team is supportive and there’s good exposure to real-world challenges.

Cons

At times, timelines can feel a bit tight, especially when handling multiple responsibilities. Some processes can be further streamlined for better efficiency.

Pros

Fast-paced environment (can be a learning experience for some) Decent pay

Cons

⚠️ Major Concern: The separation agreement explicitly includes a clause requiring employees to provide positive public reviews (e.g., on Glassdoor or AmbitionBox) in order to receive relieving/experience letters or proper background verification support This raises serious concerns about: Authenticity of reviews on these platforms Fairness of exit processes Professional ethics and employee rights Other cons: Work-life balance is consistently poor, with long working hours and frequent expectations to extend beyond standard schedules Heavy dependence on interns with limited presence of experienced engineers, leading to weak technical mentorship and guidance Rapid assignment of “lead” or “product owner” roles to relatively inexperienced employees, affecting decision quality Decision-making is highly centralized; differing technical opinions are often not encouraged Extensive use of employee monitoring tools (e.g., activity tracking software) creates a high-pressure environment and lack of trust Appraisal and salary revision processes lack transparency and may be delayed despite eligibility Financial lock-in policies (bonds) after conversion to full-time roles impose significant penalties for early exit
