There is really no work life balance, expect to be in meeting in midnights and sometime over weekends. Work with ceo with no brainer AI techs that don't make sense. CEO treats people like slaves and even abuses people infront of others if something doesn't align with his idea. The company is ran 50% by interns by giving long internships to talented students from college and making them do the work of a full time employee basically doing all the cost cuttings and not even giving proper contribution.

As we have mutilple projects coming our way we additional talents equvalent to our exsisting talent pool in terms of comeptency to support the upcoming demand.

Lot of politics, extreme micromanagement by the CEO

Just sharing my experience here Toxic culture poor management no work life balance Honestly, the CEO has no big ideas and there’s no clear plan. Things change constantly—one week it’s one thing, next week it’s the opposite. It feels like we’re expected to build features overnight with no notice. It's frustrating when direction keeps shifting and there's no stability. Ironically people call him he has a great vision lol The Director doesn’t really have the technical background needed, but acts like he knows everything. Instead of helping the team, he adds pressure and shout people out in front of others, which kills morale. It’s confusing how someone with so little technical understanding is leading projects. he only know how to hold employees at 3am. A few PMs are great, but most are stuck following whatever the higher-ups say. That means more pressure on devs, unrealistic deadlines, and no pushback from their side. They just go along with it and the team ends up stressed. the product owners in this place are basically just puppets. All they do is blindly agree with whatever the higher-ups say. No support, just non-stop pressure on the team because they want to show off in every week “wow” demo. They act more like performers than actual decision-makers. It’s honestly tough. There are so many talented devs here, but the work culture is draining. Constant pressure and last-minute changes really take a toll on mental health. Interns here aren’t really treated like interns. Most of them work 10–12 hour days, sometimes more than full-time folks. Converting to full-time is possible, but the workload during the internship can be overwhelming. HR isn’t very approachable or helpful. They’re rarely available when you actually need support, and concerns often go unanswered.

1) Here, productivity means staying on a call all day — literally. You’ll work, eat, and probably age on the same 9-hour “working session.” And when you finally dare to leave? Don’t forget to ping the group for permission — because micromanagement isn’t just a policy here, it’s a tradition. 2) Experience doesn’t really matter. You might have 10 years of solid industry background, but your manager could be a 2025 graduate with a degree in “something.” 3) Leadership roles are reserved for those who’ve mastered the true company skill — keeping the right people happy. 4) Because at Techolution, career growth isn’t about performance — it’s about the performance.

Look at the average tenure on LinkedIn on the company's profile. It's around 15 months and this is after 70% of the workforce joining them as interns for 6 months and have to serve a bond period of 18 months to 24 months. No one survives this place except few really under skilled folks getting paid slightly higher than what they could actually earn in "real world" companies. Every single person in the company is a "yes boss" to the CEO and you get bullied around as long as you need the job. Worst culture, worst leadership. Don't get fooled during your hiring because the amount of sweetness they bring in when they want to hire someone is abnormal and post joining things take a turn. They have a team of 30+ folks hiring for some role or the other as people just can't keep up with the bad culture and leave. They have a back up resource identified from the market even before you decide to part leave this place. They have a slogan "hire fast, fire fast" which essentially is they can't give employees a good work culture to work in and they fire employees who do not play the same game the leadership does.

1. Bureaucracy prevails in every step of the company. Everyone plays their own game to be in the good books of CEO. If they find you favorable then you are the best resource else you are the worst possible. 2. Low experience in offshore leadership results in them trying to save their job and this results in throwing others under the bus. 3. Poor leadership overall as everyone is scared to speak the right thing instead they all speak what the CEO wants them to speak. 4. They have their own set of broken practices which no one really knows about. The standard practices aren't followed here and it makes it impossible to reason with people who operate on logic. 5. They would find reasons to let you go as soon as you don't seem a person who'd keep your head down and move on. 6. Continous hiring and firing makes it even difficult to understand the right processes even though they are broken in the first place. 7. People who preach the broken processes do not have a clarity themselves primary reason being they are not the world follows. 8. Dreams are sold to employees but the expertise within the company cannot handle majority of what they aim to achieve. 9. Crossover between being a service company and trying to built products messes with the approach towards development and engineering. 10. Blame the engineers for failure in the ability to make and sell products but the actual reason always lies in the inability of envisioning a product and it's engineering life cycle.
