      Pros

      WFH oppourtunity good seniros and you can grow very fast irrespective of the number of year you have spent in the company if you are working hard you might grow more than the person who is in the company for past 8 years.

      Cons

      Work life balance is not good sometimes and sometimes they hire someone without thinking alot & at the end they have to fire them this is a bad example of other employees as well.

      - Good learning exposure ( i myself joined as a Java dev , and while working over here i got opportunities to try my hand in different domains which i had interest on) -Good Salary ( Deserving employees get paid for their hardwork) -Remote Opportunity -Exposure to international clients

      Cons

      -No major cons as such (Different employees different reviews) -When we work remotely we miss out team gathering ,which Techolution should plan and organise once every 4 months
