      Pros

      Techolution offers an excellent work-life balance with flexibility login time to manage their schedules effectively. I really enjoy the opportunity to work from home. This saves me a lot of travel time and quality time with my family.- Lucky me :) The culture is people-centric, collaborative, and rooted in strong values — creating an environment where everyone feels respected and heard.

      Pros

      Joining Techolution has given me access to challenging AI projects, a collaborative team environment, and strong opportunities to expand my technical skills. The management is approachable, the team culture is supportive, and I’ve seen consistent recognition for good work. The flexibility with remote/hybrid work has been a plus as well.

      Cons

      Because we’re working at a fast pace and the company is growing, the workload can sometimes be high and the priorities can shift quickly. This means you need to be comfortable with change and occasionally working outside “normal” hours.
