Pros
gives good package and assures that layoffs wont happen. very helpful HR while onboarding.
Cons
as soon as they hire you, they fire you with double speed. They don't have projects. if the client will layoff, they cant even keep u on bench for a month to try to map you in any project. They will just fire you with in a week after you r on bench.
