      Pros

      Techolution does not only embody the evolution of technology. The company has also evolved the management of employees like me to use their sales skills freely without strict boundaries.

      Cons

      I tend to have to discipline myself more than I had to at other companies but that is a con I can handle and have become quite good at.

      Pros

      That's what I do well! To be honest the services Techolution provides to our customers practically sell themselves. I love my job.

      I can be too competitive with the others in my department but that is a con I create for myself.

      Pros

      As a business developer at Techolution, I find the innovative nature of the company to make my job easy. Our innovative ideas make our customer base want to deepen and build upon their relationships with us without a ton of urging from me. That said I do love the freedom to implement my own ideas and insights.

      Cons

      I would like to take advantage of working from home more but I find I am most productive in the office.
