      1. Young Work Culture 2. Awards and Rewards are linked to Performance. 3. Flexible Timings 4. International Exposure (Working with Teams from Singapore, Indonesia and USA) 5. Great Team mates 6. Joined the company during COVID, so had a smooth interviewing and on-boarding experience.

      Cons

      1. I had difficulties working with Multiple teams on different time zones at the start. Flexible Timings help to cope with this Challenge. 2. Work may get overwhelming if not managed properly.
