      Good exposure on new Tech stack(Angular4, TDD, CI/CD, Cloud) etc Freedom on doing new things and choosing the laptop and accessories that are comfortable to work with! Flexible Timings.

      Cons

      Response time for admin requests can get better. HR Policies should be improved too.

      1.Very Amicable/Courteous Management(one call or message away to leadership team to address any issues). 2.They are building one of the finest IoT Labs in India for their employees and clientle. 3. Flexible Office Timings/Work from Options/Leaves for all employees and salary credited on last day of the month. 4.Best thing working here is cool and challenging projects with advanced Tech stack. 5.Good competitive packages and internal training's/Onsite travel provided on new tech stack. 6..Friday Fun Activities/Snacks/Team outings/Luncheon 7.Good performance appraisals/variable pay and Joining Bonus for all employees will be paid by end of the 3 months. 8. If you want to explore your career in long run and want to build your career in latest technologies to excel then this would be the seventh-heaven.

      1.Employee engagement activities should be better. 2.Team outings could be organized more frequently. 3.HR Admin could have been better in getting accessories to employees on time. 4.I Wish exclusive discussion rooms for development team.
