      Great remote setup but tight project deadlines require extra hours

      The remote work setup is a huge plus. It gives you plenty of flexibility and freedom to handle your personal life and family stuff without micromanagement while you get things done.

      Cons

      Project timelines can get pretty tight, so you definitely have to clock in extra hours and grind a bit to keep things moving and hit deadlines on time. [Also to make sure team doesn't feel alone]
