      Pros

      Joining Techolution has given me access to challenging AI projects, a collaborative team environment, and strong opportunities to expand my technical skills. The management is approachable, the team culture is supportive, and I’ve seen consistent recognition for good work. The flexibility with remote/hybrid work has been a plus as well.

      Cons

      Because we’re working at a fast pace and the company is growing, the workload can sometimes be high and the priorities can shift quickly. This means you need to be comfortable with change and occasionally working outside “normal” hours.

      If you need work life balance don't even come this side

      Pros

      Only thing is you would learn things as a fresher but at a cost of having no mental peace, no free time, full burn out.

      Cons

      There is really no work life balance, expect to be in meeting in midnights and sometime over weekends. Work with ceo with no brainer AI techs that don't make sense. CEO treats people like slaves and even abuses people infront of others if something doesn't align with his idea. The company is ran 50% by interns by giving long internships to talented students from college and making them do the work of a full time employee basically doing all the cost cuttings and not even giving proper contribution.
