Pros
Techolution is a good company to be with. I joined the company when they were young and small, and I am glad I did. The company is very flexible and cares for it's people. They will go the extra mile to ensure that everyone gets a good project and works with stuff that excites them most. Management is attentive to the wishes and ambitions of each individual, and will cater a tailored career track that will best suit your unique growth aspirations. The company has offices/projects in a lot of cities across the world and will do it's best to put you where you wish to be.
Cons
You have to be dynamic and be open to opportunities as they come by. This is not really a downside and this aspect actually resonated with me very well. However if you are the kind who is too static in choices, you might feel uncomfortable.
