Reaching out for help only gets you rude, dismissive responses from managers who clearly do not care about the well-being of their team. The stress is relentless and soul-crushing, far outweighing the slightly above-average salary and mediocre health benefits. No job is worth sacrificing your mental and emotional health like this.
