      - Breadth and depth of knowledge gained - There's always something new in a rapidly growing industry - Great group of individuals working throughout the company - Opportunities to take on new responsibilities - Perfect company size, not too big, not too small - Great room for growth

      Cons

      - Not everyone handles change well, only works for highly motivated and adaptable individuals - There's a need to multi task, juggle tasks, changes gears and directions in a in a company this size in a rapidly growing industry. There's a level of stress that comes with that, which some people are better suited for - A high level of self motivation is needed in such an environment
