Pros
- Opportunity to be a builder. If you're someone who likes to problem solve and make something out of nothing, then this is the place for you. If you enjoy seeing problems and getting to collaborate with different teams to craft a solution, then you will love it here. - Small enough to know everyone, but big enough to have career growth opportunities. - A company that geniunly cares about the mission: to help shop owners grow their business. Everything we do is maniacly focused around either directly making shop life easier or increasing our ability to reach more shops that we can help. -Being a smaller company, each role is vital and not just a cog in a wheel. You get to have cross-departmental interactions that teach you so much more about how a business runs. You get to see and understand the innerworkings of a company way more than you would if you were at a huge company. The experience to have exposure to how sales, engineering, F&A, customer success and more all interact is invaluable!
Cons
- I don't personally feel this is a "con", but I also understand that not everyone is looking for their job to be something they're passionate about so I'm adding it here because it's the closest thing to a con I can think of -- This is an early stage company that requires teammates at every level to work hard and sometimes do things that are outside a formal job description or just the usual 40hr work week. If you're looking for a job you can just punch in/out and are not truly passionate about rolling up your sleeves and helping customers or being a builder, this probably isn't the place.
