      Pros

      Flat organization with not many layers. Plenty of focus on new ideas and innovation. Leadership seems to be thinking about how to turn the company around.

      Cons

      Lack of consistent internal tools and processes are really holding the company back. Luckily this is not a hard problem to solve. The culture and focus on doing something new should turn things around.
