      Chose to resign due to mismanagement

      Pros

      Used to be a fantastic employer. But that was many years ago.

      Cons

      Company has been on a downward trend for many years. After its buyout by a huge conglomerate, the decline turned into a cliff. There is no engineering left so new development is now simply catching up to other companies. Management is simply an extension of HR with no recognition of dedication and integrity.
