      Pros

      Lots of intelligent people who are working towards a common goal. Plenty of interaction between departments should you require it, and a fantastic training infrastructure from HR and IT.

      Cons

      Stagnant job growth, declining market share, very corporate, poor employee retention at 2 year and 5 year milestones

      Older/Highly Paid Workers Watchout

      Pros

      I was laid off last year after a lot of years with the company. The layoff I was part of seemed to include a large number of older and/or highly paid workers. Sometimes cutting costs also cuts your most knowledgeable workers. - Good benefit programs - Great people to work with

      Cons

      - People are being given more work than they can get done and be effective - Review processes are way too complicated - Losing a lot of knowledge with the layoffs

      Pros

      Stay busy - day goes by quicly.

      Cons

      NO opportunity for advancement, abysmal attitude towards "professional development", always asked to do more and more work in less time. Management only focuses on 'hitting the numbers' instead of developing / growing the workforce. Just learned that attrition rate for individuals with 1-3 years tenure is close to 40%
