Educational Benefits/ Assistance, Health Benefits. Profit sharing, Tektronix offers incentives for eduction in job related studies. 401k Contribution. Tektronix is Nation wide.

Cons

There are not many negatives other then what you may find at any work place. At times there may be projects/assignments that are time sensitive so maybe working under pressure.

I worked in the MVS (SSO). Pay and Benefits were good. For the most part, were willing to work around the inevitable family issues that come up...

Cons

Not a lot from what I remember...I probably should've stayed!
