      Fascinating Technical Domain; Big-Company Paperwork

      Pros

      You're pushing back the frontiers of science. You're working on interesting electrical engineering problems. Your teammates are smart as all get-out. Great campus with fitness center, bikes, disc golf, Starbucks, and so on.

      Cons

      There's a lot of big-company paperwork and kludgy tools. Some projects have turned into slogs (months of night/weekend work). Large organizational decisions take a long time.
