      Some very good employees. There may be few but I yet to figure out.

      Below average talent, employee situation is pathetic. Old fashioned company, Old technology and products Everybody is searching the job here Working on stretch goals is MUST. One person is hired for 2-3 people job. No life for employees Non existence of any support function. They don't spend any money on basic company operation. Chances of IDC success are dim
