Pros

New technologies to work with. New things to learn. Work life balance- not by design but by collective ignorance. A blessing in disguise!

Cons

Not just incompetent and unethical management. But also malicious. Presumed position in testing is demoted, yet carries excessive baggage of self importance and insensibility and subtly demands sycophancy in exchange of basic functioning as manager itself.

Lot of opportunities if look for options positively NO attrition in many teams

Cons

HR has lot of attrition in HR team, average tenure in HR is 6 months, HR should focus on own team's retention. Business is facing lot of headwinds, Danaher splitting TEK is not good
