      Pros

      Opportunity to implement DBS as Tek is part of Danaher/Fortive. Industry positioning and reputation can be exploited thru rapid innovation.

      Cons

      There is little to no focus on employee welfare. Upper management is too busy in securing their own positions. Revenue is stuck at <1B for many years with smart people quitting org. Focus on doing better and retaining talent is so much non-existent that the org looks to have made friends with principle of "mediocrity is accepted and expected".

      Many old employees, blessing in disguise Some good managers

      Cons

      full of college fresher and contractors to save money bad product quality - fresher can not develop good products, 2 years experience person works as Architect. you do not get next job due to company reputation management and HR are arrogant and busy in keeping senior management happy No training and development You step in and will get the smell of the place very unsafe and threatening Too much politics for everything Quality of US associates and leadership is no different

      Less pressure on deliverables Good for people who are settled, looking for easy life and work is not passion Office location

      Cons

      Low Salary and ZERO benefits High work pressure on only few people, if you work, you need to share other's work load and will be pushed to work endless hours without any motivation Miserly attitude of management towards associates Lack of positive work culture, your colleagues will hate you if you are creative, energetic and thinking out of the box Lack of career advancement opportunities- You may ended up doing same work for years Non-cooperative US colleagues Management is not sensitive for associate's health and wellbeing
