      A lot of colleagues have worked over decades. But a lot of excellent guys left the company.

      Pros

      Flexible working environment, some ones work very hard. Open speaking culture, respect low level employees, caring the employees' feedback sometimes.

      Cons

      Some of Product lines have little strategy,changing is always existing, maybe because there is little marketing growing. No technology breakthrough, little industrial experts.

      Pros

      Very bright people, can be engaging work, lots of opportunity to engage with many different engineering disciplines.

      Cons

      Middle management is bottom of the barrel and many of the new ones appear to be purely politically motivated hires. Constant Metrics for the sake of metrics and meetings for the sake of meetings - which is typical ofor poor leadership trying to self-validate.
