      Great place to work! Company is surviving because of its Engineers, poor management is killing the life span of Tek.

      Work on latest technologies Better work life balance Work from home facility Good exposure as the organization is small in size If you are planning to settle in mid years of your career Tek is the best place

      Cons

      Career growth is minimal Lot of turbulence in upper management. It is never stable from last couple of years HR policies are out dated. Employee engagement with HR is very bad. HR existence is felt only during surveys One needs to learn corporate politics to stay in the race else management will misuse your skills Senior folks share ample amount of their expertise
