Cons

Horrible management, they just keep shuffling same managers to different positions. Keeping the same culture. Half the managers don’t manage or deal with issues until they’re huge problems whether with customers or employees. No time to train, no time to listen. Techs are the driving force and face to the customer.

Management fails to communicate vision or plans with employees. Layoffs typically happen every year. Management makes very questionable decisions without consulting teams.

Understaffed for desired product development road maps Significant cuts to organizational support staff in recent years has decreased efficiency of technical core competency as focus has been diluted.
