short term financial focused goals. Revenue is throttled not to over-commit to our parent company, Fortive. Fortive is designed to buy up smaller corporations, strip them of resources to maximize profitability.

Hard working people trying to do what they think is best for the company

Cons

Lack of direction. A president who thinks leadership is slogans and being a cheerleader. Old products on old platforms. Lack of investments in anything that isn't a portable o-scope. Owned by a company that only cares about short term returns so they can purchase another company.
