Pros

Great history, people and products with loyal customers. Substantial benefits and opportunities if willing to move around. Customers and applications served often cutting edge and fascinating.

Cons

Processes are often over applied just to appease top management. Acquired companies are not fun to be at. Engineers in leadership fall in love with every new process - stop the madness and focus on what matters and keep process to the bare minimum - try trusting people a little!

Pros

Flexible Work Time Talented Peers Work from Home facility Good Leave Policy ORRCA Service subsidy GYM/ Swimming Reimbursement Policy Hiring Freshers as Contractors and helping them move up the ladder. If you come from Electronics Background you will find many interesting things to do there.

Cons

No Job Rotation Very less or zero chance of travel (only electronics background guys will get a chance to visit Beaverton Office) No work pressure, will take own sweet time to complete program. Not using latest technologies Project planning / management is not good. Commuting to work is a pain. Politics in some teams.

Pros

There are some really knowledgable associates that are willing to share their experience. The management in operations is really taking the employee engagement surveys to heart. There have been many noticeable changes in how the senior leadership in manufacturing behaves.

Cons

There seems to be more of a focus on surviving in the marketplace and not thriving. The overall theme in senior management is more tactical than strategic. It would be nice to see a bigger focus on strategy from senior level management. The CEO gives high level talks about strategy, but little is translated down into the other levels of leaders within the company.
