Company had a profit sharing policy, provided OJT training for ISO 9000, was promoted to management and was a production purchasing manager for over four years. Promoted to project buyer for the Measurement Systems Division in Beaverton, Oregon.

Cons

Work ethics were difficult to work under policy for men and women. Long hours of overtime was unpaid!

More short term tactical mitigation under financial pressure than stable long term strategic execution. Understaffed for desired product development road maps Significant cuts to organizational support staff in recent years has decreased efficiency of technical core competency as focus has been diluted.
