Before the layoff''s in 2007/8 was still a great company to work for. Then the new owners moved in with mass changes in staff.

Cons

Many positions once long term careers left employees without jobs. Danaher rolled through laying off major departments only to rehire and outsource those same jobs.

Cons

There are not many negatives other then what you may find at any work place. At times there may be projects/assignments that are time sensitive so maybe working under pressure.
