Pros

The stability you have with Tektronix is excellent, as evidenced by the many 10+ year employees. The benefits are very good as well.

Cons

For a company of this size, Tektronix Should be much more organized in it's infrastructure for third party calibrations. Another problem that should be addressed is maintaining staffing levels at depots adequate to meet advertised turnaround times.

I worked in the MVS (SSO). Pay and Benefits were good. For the most part, were willing to work around the inevitable family issues that come up...

Cons

Not a lot from what I remember...I probably should've stayed!
