      Colleagues are great, management - not so much

      Pros

      Local colleagues (in the UK and Europe) are hard working but have fun. Everyone is very supportive and there's a great atmosphere.

      Cons

      Danaher management are too focussed on metrics and being a US company, are only interested in quarterly results. They would squeeze blood out of a stone if they could.

      Tek is no longer an engineering company. It also lacks of support for employees. It's all about margins and lacks investment in employees and R&D.
