Pros
Coworkers are helpful, as are managers the majority of the time. You are typically not expected to work outside of normal hours unless absolutely necessary. Good pay.
Cons
Management can be overworked, leading to under-communication with employees. Recent layoffs have affected morale and no real reason was given for them. The technical debt is real and priorities are always to chug along, rather than deal with it. Benefits are sub-par to average. Vacation is limited to 15 days.
