      Pros

      My experience with my manager has been excellent. I'm a member of a great well rounded team who is ready and willing to support whenever needed.

      Cons

      I'm not sure if this con but it's the only one I can come up with. There's a good amount of open mobility. The people you work with change often because of internal job transfers, promotions or retirement.
