Pros
Good work-life balance. Interesting projects. Appropriate technology to get the job done is always provided. Great vacation benefits. Competitive pay. Near Portland, which is a super-great city to live in. Good health benefits, including domestic partner coverage.
Cons
Not too progressive when it comes to product innovations. If you're not an electrical engineer, you're probably not going to advance too far. I think it would be a hard place to work as a woman...constant need to prove yourself. Also, it's a fairly conservative social crowd. People seldom move from one position or group to another. They tend to stay in one job in one department for many years, which means that people get very set in their ways.
