Good work-life balance, managers don't give much pressure in work. Good opportunities to learn new things Work timings flexibility.

Not much growth unless we do something proactively. Will become comfort zone soon Career growth is slow If you stay for long time, it will become hard to find opportunities outside

None of the pros from 2 years ago exist.

Cons

Micromanaging, lack of resources, techs at the lab level, equipment, automation. Turning into a sweat shop, timing each calibration, hourly production reports. Taking on accounts that labs cannot support. Trying to do everything on the "cheap". As if being set up to fail.
