      Pros

      Great people who care about people. Great benefits, challenging work, excellent industry outlook. Work hard and focus on learning and the career potential is huge.

      Cons

      Per the nature of construction, need to enjoy working outdoors (in all kinds of conditions) and some long days/travel (not necessarily a con, but the reality of construction)

      Pros

      Great amount of work leading to limited down times or worry of lay offs (rare in industry). HR Department Cares about you. Almost all upper management has been in your position and they know what your job truly consists of.

      Might have to work in a little rain.
