It's a job, but don't expect much more.

Cons

Their safety program is a joke. The drills and equipment are junk. The local Management team is ridiculously immature and unprofessional. Their big Customers eventually cancel their contracts because they are so incapable of running the Company correctly. These are Mid-West cowboys who need to go back home where they came from.

Company truck, co-workers in the office are very helpful and nice.

Cons

No discount on stock purchase plan. Company has no leadership training. Team building is none. If you take HR issues to the branch manager he will tell you "put your big boy pants on and go to work" like it's 1987 not 2017.
