Pros

Only come here if you have zero experience. Good luck on having a contract when it expires

Cons

Low wages if you can operate. But will pay people with zero knowledge 18-20 an hr Mostly lazy employees 1 guy a crew who actually does all the work. No communication skills or organization by management. Jobs will never be ready or looked at prior to you going out

Pros

It's a job, but don't expect much more.

Cons

Their safety program is a joke. The drills and equipment are junk. The local Management team is ridiculously immature and unprofessional. Their big Customers eventually cancel their contracts because they are so incapable of running the Company correctly. These are Mid-West cowboys who need to go back home where they came from.
