The company is like a big family, we’re all looking out and helping each other. The hours are great and we can have as much overtime as we want. We’re always busy and in the year and half that I’ve been here we’ve never been laid off. There’s plenty of room for even someone who’s never done this type of work to come and grow within the company.

Cons

- Better develop the middle managers and first level supervisors that are new to the role so that they can better support the development of others while growing in their own role.
