- management and company structure was very unorganized with very little feedback or direction - not much room to grow or ability to excel in your career path- there is not much opportunity here and feels like a very stagnant workforce - Not much balance of work within the team I was on- some people had way to much work and others were not given the chance to help out and therefor did not have enough work - They do not do a good job recruiting or retaining younger people in the workforce which creates a huge lack of innovation and while I was there I got the impression that the company is a little ageist - pay was fine but raises were limited and not enough with inflation (benefits did help justify this)

- The executive team (especially on the Finance, Mergers and acquisitions side) is inexplicably bad when it comes to culture - Employees across the board are frustrated, overworked, underpaid, underappreciated (which is ironic considering Teladoc is a mental health company). They are leaving in bunches. - Jason G seems like a good visionary but clearly is not focused on the culture. Culture starts at the top and is a reflection of the leaders. - Integrations following mergers and acquisitions have not gone well leading to mass departures
