Teams you work with usually very nice. Flexible PTO policy. You can work from home if you want.

Cons

You will have to constantly work overtime, whole weekend as well. Like almost every weekend. Night time releases. You don't have to be on each one, but it will be often. Management will ask you to do whatever you want to make things done, but if anything goes wrong, it's your fault only. Very high pressure environment with no gratitude. You just have to. Not healthy.
