Can work remote, that's it.

Cons

Too much micromanagement. Six people leave company for same manager and same hostile manager is still here. If you fail to show up on a meeting for emergency reason, manager cancels whole series of one on one. Managers are disrespecting, out right, asks for opinion, you would not get thanks. You work hard even over the weekend despite being sick so the release is successful, all you get is I appreciate it, but not a pat on the back or a thanks. Bad insurance benefits. Stock keeps tanking.

Bossy, Ideas not valued, mid management is horrible. The top is unreachable. Poor regional HR management - again top HR unreachable. Open racial comments.
