Pros

So many great people here and we have a solid mission and purpose.

Cons

Leadership lacks accountability and clarity, and it’s hurting the company. Senior leadership—particularly the CEO and the head of the USGH division—has created an environment where poor decisions stack up and the business units operate in silos. The BU structure is confusing, ineffective, and financially draining. There is little to no accountability at the top, and basic, common-sense business practices often seem absent. The organization struggles with identity and focus. Presentations are filled with vague explanations about “headwinds and tailwinds,” but rarely include honest assessments, meaningful transparency, or humility. Under the current division leadership, ineffective managers remain in place and work independently rather than collaboratively, which has led to inconsistent practices and culture concerns. It’s hard to understand how certain leaders have remained in their roles despite long-term underperformance. It’s discouraging and demoralizing to watch the same issues persist without corrective action. With stronger, more capable leadership—especially in USGH—and a re-evaluation of the BU model, this company could look completely different. Teladoc needs leaders who can make independent decisions, cut through noise, hold teams accountable, and rebuild a healthy culture. Without that, employees are left feeling stuck in a cycle of chaos and instability.

Pros

My teammates were like a human version of a caffeine shot—turning every dull day into a comedy show!

Cons

1.Self-Praising Virtual Lunch Feast: Directors host a "virtual lunch" every other week where they feast on self-praise and serve up empty promises with a side of "next quarter’s potential." 2.The Lies: Directors/VP/Managers spin so many tales of success, you'd think they were auditioning for a role in The Greatest Showman.Specially after they made mess of a simple feature release into a complete chaos.God must be watching over the users of this app, especially after such a buggy releases! 3.Self-Praise Olympics Gold Medal Match: Senior managers give each other gold medals for “decisions” that somehow never lead to any actual business growth. 4.Buzzword Bingo: Synergy, holistic, moving the needle,Well done everyone... basically, this place is basically corporate jargon shoved into a PowerPoint. 5.La La Land: If you want to live in a world where everyone thinks they’re a genius, stop looking for it now. you have found it!!.

Pros

Remote work, good WLB, free Teladoc telemedicine account

Cons

The company significantly over-hired in 2020–2021, leading to arbitrary layoffs where talented employees were let go due to internal politics. My promotion was canceled due to a reorganization and later denied, despite meeting all performance metrics. Throughout my tenure, there was no opportunity for career growth, even though I consistently took on critical projects to support the team during staff absences. Ironically, when those team members returned, they were promoted—while I was overlooked. Certain SVP-level managers consistently undermine their own team’s work, while other managers fail to manage product scope, neglect key responsibilities, and even actively shift blame onto their team members. Nearly everyone I knew who genuinely cared about product quality and user well-being was impacted by layoffs or unfair dismissals. At this point, I have nothing more to say about this company—though the stock price speaks for itself, doesn’t it?
