      Grew Too Fast

      Pros

      Casual dress code. Great coworkers.

      Cons

      Definitely a good old boys network of managers and directors. Extreme micro management. The company grew very fast in a small amount of time and jumped into a public offering. This created additional pressure on upper management which was taken out on the employees. Do not expect any training or procedures. Very little support from management. Expect answers such as "figure it out." Communication between various departments is almost non existent.

      Pros

      Really good in taking people early in their career and helping them to grow quickly: Proper mentorship. Gradual growth of responsibilities. Patience for rookie mistakes. General feeling that your promotion depends on your performance and skills - not on your seniority. Overall a great place with rare growth opportunities - wouldn't replace it.

      Cons

      Almost no teleworking and 'work-from-home' options and accommodations. Many companies today believe that you don't need to come to the office to be productive.

      Pros

      People are hard working and dedicated. Unfortunately this is not recognized or valued by senior leadership. I like working for an industry making a difference in healthcare

      Cons

      Very poor leadership, particularly finance and Client Management. Mid managers are great and have better leadership skills than VP level. Client team works extremely long hours with almost no positive feedback from leader. If AMs were not as dedicated and skilled as they are there would be no clients left. This fact goes completely unrecognized by the leader. Instead every opportunity is taken to find fault and pile on unreasonable and unnecessary work that in no way supports the success of our clients
