      Pros

      Easy duties; management responds quickly when asked, although the problem is usually passed up to the "people in charge" if not easily solved and after that there is no follow-up

      Cons

      Frequent tech breakdowns and system remains down for as long as a day; frequently the staff does not respond in an intelligent way.

      Pros

      The employees are really great people. The company's growth has been quick so it's great being able to see the transition from a small company to a mid-size one.

      Cons

      Because of the quick growth there aren't a lot of processes or communications between teams. Internal promotions are very hard to come by so it feels like a slap in the face to repeatedly be overlooked instead of groomed for a higher position.

      - Work with smart people that love technology and use it to do good. - Awesome culture. - Best work/life balance I've ever had.

      Cons

      - The south bay is a bit far for SF so if you want to be in the city, the commute is not the best.
